Frequently asked questions

Answers before you start.

A restaurant should understand what it enables, what guests see, and what remains under its control. This page gathers the questions that come up most often.

A kitchen pass during service, with the running order screen above it.

Restaurant side

Publishing the menu

Do my QR codes change when I update the menu?

No. The printed support stays the same. You update menus, prices or hours in the professional workspace, and the QR opens the current version.

Can I have several menus for lunch, dinner or a terrace?

Yes. Menus can be organised by service and context. The same product can be reused without being duplicated everywhere.

Are allergens supported?

Yes. All fourteen regulated allergens can be declared per product, alongside dietary tags and useful guest information.

Are orders required?

No. You can publish only a menu, then enable bookings or table orders when your operation is ready.

Guest side

Scanning and browsing

Does the guest need an account?

No. Scanning a QR code and reading a menu works without an account and without an app. The account is only for favourites, following and preferences.

Can the menu be multilingual?

Yes. Translations are published language by language by the venue, so it keeps control of the content.

What happens when the network is poor?

A menu that has already been opened can remain readable offline. The page clearly says when it is showing a stored version.

Pricing

Plans and billing

Can I start for free?

Yes. The first tier lets you try the mini-site, menu and QR codes without card details.

Do you take a commission on orders?

No. My QR Menu charges a subscription. Orders remain the restaurant’s.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Displayed limits come from the active catalogue, and the plan can follow the real growth of the venue.

Data

Control and compliance

Who controls published content?

The venue keeps control over menus, photos, opening hours, QR codes and translations.

How do reviews work?

Public reviews are tied to a verifiable interaction, and their verification method is published.

Can a guest manage their data?

Yes. The guest account supports export, erasure and preference management, without mixing favourites and marketing communication.
